How we work

Team work first

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our work is powered by community members, local leaders, and the Veterans we bring directly into our workforce — pairing experienced contractors with people ready for a second chance and a shared purpose.

Together they build green, energy-efficient homes that serve both people and the planet — proving that rebuilding a house can help rebuild a life.
